Free basic advice on how to create defensible IP for individual off-label use(s), selected from the off-label.com database, will be provided to subscribers who wish to consider the potential for commercialization. This advice will be limited to five citations per subscriber each month.

Our team of specialists will suggest methods and ways that provide opportunities for creating barriers that may, if developed, generate IP that can be protected.

Following this advice, subscribers can either elect to develop these suggestions independently or engage the skills of McCormack Group on a Consultancy basis for additional in-depth support and assistance. There is no obligation to use our skills professionally.
